As a Project Engineer Intern, you won't just be sitting behind a desk; you will act as the \"right hand\" to our Project Managers and Superintendents. You will gain a front-row seat to the entire construction lifecycle, learning exactly how a building transforms from a set of blueprints into a reality.Key ResponsibilitiesDocument Control: Maintain the \"source of truth\" for the project. Assist in managing RFIs (Requests for Information), Submittals, and As-Built drawings using [Procore/Bluebeam/AutoCAD].Field Coordination: Conduct daily site walks with Superintendents to monitor safety compliance, track production milestones, and document progress photos.Subcontractor Relations: Act as a bridge between the office and the field. Help coordinate weekly trade meetings and communicate schedule updates to subcontractors.Quality & Safety: Participate in safety audits and \"Punch List\" walks to ensure every detail of the project meets our high standards before turnover.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Junior or Senior standing preferred).Technical Savvy: Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, or Revit is a plus, but a willingness to learn new software is required.Mindset: A \"problem-solver\" attitude.
