Reporting to the Production Manager, PCP Programmer is co-responsible for planning, preparing and controlling production documentation and execution.\nMain Duties:\nUpdate the Production Schedule based on the orders shipped and new orders received.\nPrepare Delivery Schedules daily based on the Production Schedule.\nPrepare, check and review Process Control documents such as Line Drawings and QC Inspection Report issued in the production.\nPrepare Lumber-Cut Programs.\nMake Shipping calculations and draw simulations to estimate the number of trailers/trucks/containers required for each consignment.\nProvide the loading drawing to the Person in charge of Packing and Loadings.\nPrepare Packing lists for internal movements.\nPerform System-related duties such as data input, product codification and structuration.\nPeriodic production check to ensure customer requirements as per the line drawing and inspection report.\nAssist with monthly lumber and finished product inventory using label collection and reports.\nComply with the safety, quality and environmental system requirements.\nShare the responsibility of identifying and reporting unsafe activities, conditions and installations.\nAttend the daily Production meeting when requested.\nCarry out eventual additional duties assigned by your superior.\nSkills Required:\nMinimum High-School graduate.\nGood spoken and written English. Spanish is a differential.\nIntermediate computer skills with Office Package.
