This role serves as a primary point of contact for residents and visitors, supporting daily property operations by delivering exceptional customer service and helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-organized community.What You'll Do: Provide friendly, professional service to residents, guests, vendors, and contractorsAssist with resident amenities, including parking access, move-ins/move-outs, and vendor coordinationSupport concierge operations, including deliveries and break coverageEnter and track work orders accurately and in a timely mannerIssue and manage access cards and credentialsHelp maintain the appearance and organization of the lobby, front drive, and parking areasAnswer incoming calls using proper telephone etiquettePerform additional duties as needed to support resident satisfaction and property operationsRequirementsWhat You Need to Succeed:Strong customer service and communication skillsClean driver's license recordBilingual skills (English/Spanish)Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProfessional, dependable, and team-oriented mindsetBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Office; familiarity with property management systems is a plusPrevious experience in residential, hospitality, or apartment communities preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceShort-Term and Long-Term DisabilityEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Identity Theft ProtectionPet InsuranceRetirement PlanPaid Time Off (PTO)401(k)
