Guided by our commitment to partnership, precision, and performance, we deliver the scalable solutions and technical excellence our customers depend on—today and into the future.\nWe are seeking a Junior Engineer to support Airborne Electronic Warfare systems and related engineering, test, sustainment, and integration efforts supporting mission-critical defense systems used by Navy and DoD aviation platforms.\nThis role requires in-person support.\nDuties:\nSupport engineering activities for Airborne Electronic Warfare systems, subsystems, and related support equipment.\nAssist with technical analysis, troubleshooting, testing, and evaluation of electronic systems and components.\nReview and interpret technical drawings, schematics, specifications, test procedures, and engineering documentation.\nSupport development and maintenance of technical documentation, reports, test data packages, and engineering change documentation.\nAssist with system integration and laboratory testing.\nWork with senior engineers to evaluate system performance, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions.\nSupport acceptance testing, data collection, failure analysis, and root cause investigations.\nInterface with cross-functional teams including engineering, logistics, production, and quality.\nRequired Education:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.\nRequired Experience:\n0–3 years of experience required; 1+ years preferred (including internships, co-ops, and research experience).\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
