We are rooted in a relational, trauma-informed philosophy and are passionate about helping people build and maintain healthy connections with themselves, others, and the world around them.We are seeking a licensed Psychotherapist/Psychologist (or the right LPC‑IT or Pre-Doctoral candidate with strong supervision readiness) who is excited to work with a mixed‑age caseload and contribute to a growing, values-driven practice.Position OverviewThis is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, with the opportunity to build toward full-time as the practice grows. We do not currently offer benefits, but we are intentionally growing toward that capacity and are seeking team members who want to grow alongside us.We are especially interested in clinicians who enjoy working with children and families, while also being open to seeing adults to support schedule balance, continuity of care, and clinic sustainability.Required Education & LicensureMust have or be pursuing:Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related fieldWisconsin licensure as:LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist ORLPC-IT (considered for the right candidate) with willingness to meet supervision and training expectationsBackground checks required.Clinical Focus Areas (Experience in one or more preferred)Anxiety, depression, and mood disordersTrauma and stress-related disordersADHD and executive functioning challengesAutism spectrum or other developmental differencesChild, adolescent, adult, and/or family systems workDuties & ResponsibilitiesProvide outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and/or adultsMaintain timely, accurate clinical documentationCollaborate with Clients and families, other clinicians and staff, schools, community providers, and referral partners (as appropriate)Participate in staff meetings, consultation, and trainingUphold ethical, professional, and licensure standardsIdeal Candidate QualitiesYou are someone who:Values compassion, reflection, and continuous learningCan work independently while also engaging collaborativelyIs open to feedback and professional growthAligns with the philosophy and vision of Healthy Connections, LLCUnderstands the realities (and opportunities) of building a growing practiceSchedule & Compensation NotesCompensation is competitive and based on experience.Part-time to start, flexible schedulingOpportunity to increase caseload and hours over timeCurrent enrollment with insurance panels is a plus, but not requiredReferral bonuses available for clinicians who help recruit additional team members who remain with the practiceInterested?If you are passionate about meaningful clinical work and want to be part of a clinic in an intentional growth phase, we’d love to hear from you.
