Talent Acquisition Specialist (6 Months Contract)

By centralizing and unifying data, automating workflows, and surfacing predictive insights, Haptiq enables organizations to scale operational excellence and generate alpha across complex enterprise environments.The OpportunityWe are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist (temporary role covering a leave of absence) to manage the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end. This person will serve as a key partner to hiring managers and external recruitment agencies, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality hiring process across the organization.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, communicates effectively with stakeholders, and takes ownership of the recruiting process from kickoff to offer stage.Responsibilities & DutiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer stage and onboarding coordination.Partner with hiring managers to align on hiring needs, role requirements, interview process, and timelines.Draft and maintain job descriptions and publish roles across recruiting platforms and channels.Source, screen, and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, agencies, referrals, and other recruiting channels.Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit.Coordinate interviews across stakeholders and time zones while ensuring a positive candidate experience.Track interview feedback, candidate progress, and hiring updates throughout the process.Manage candidate communication and support offer coordination and pre-employment documentation.Maintain accurate recruiting records, pipeline tracking, and hiring metrics within internal systems.Partner with HR, Finance, agencies, and hiring teams to ensure smooth and timely hiring processes.Support recruiting process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.Requirements2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition.Experience managing multiple open roles simultaneously across different departments.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage priorities independently.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-service mindset.Experience working closely with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environment.High attention to detail and strong follow-through skills.Tech-savvy and proficient with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn, ATS platforms, Monday, or similar systems.Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and professionalism.Startup or global company experience is a strong advantage.Benefits USFlexible work arrangements (including hybrid mode)Great Paid Time Off (PTO) policyComprehensive benefits package (Medical / Dental / Vision / Disability / Life)Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)401(k) retirement planAccess to HSA-compatible plansPre-tax commuter benefitsEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive, dynamic, and inclusive work environment.Why Join Us?We value creative problem solvers who learn fast, work well in an open and diverse environment, and enjoy pushing the bar for success ever higher.  We do work hard, but we also choose to have fun while doing it. The annual compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $80,000 USD
