Leads strategic planning and implementation of human resource programs including recruitment, staffing, compensation, benefits, leave administration, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.Major Responsibilities Include:Oversee district-wide human resources operations and staffLead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee relations initiativesAdminister compensation, benefits, leave, and contract processesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsServe as Title IX Coordinator and oversee investigations and resolutionsSupport district leadership with personnel matters and strategic staffingDevelop and administer the HR budgetMaintain personnel records and compliance reportingQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldMinimum 5 years of HR management or school administration experienceMinimum 5 years supervisory experienceBuilding/Campus Administration Building Salary: From 79052.00 Salary: To 95232.00 Salary Type Annually Additional Job Information District leadership position responsible for all human resources functions, including staffing, employee relations, leave administration, compensation, compliance, and Title IX coordination.
