The ideal candidate has experience operating commercial embroidery machines, understands garment handling, and can maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced sports apparel environment.ResponsibilitiesOperate commercial embroidery machines to customize soccer uniforms and team apparelSet up embroidery jobs including hooping, thread selection, and machine programmingReview artwork and ensure proper logo placement, sizing, and stitch qualityPerform quality checks on completed items before production completionMaintain embroidery equipment and troubleshoot minor machine issuesOrganize production schedules to meet team and customer deadlinesWork collaboratively with design, sales, and production staffQualificationsPrevious embroidery experience requiredExperience with commercial embroidery machines such as Tajima, Barudan, Brother, or similarAbility to read work orders and follow production specificationsStrong attention to detail and consistencyAbility to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environmentBasic computer skills and familiarity with embroidery software are a plusPreferred SkillsKnowledge of soccer apparel brands and teamwearExperience with digitizing embroidery filesApparel production or print shop experienceStrong time management and multitasking abilitiesPhysical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this position.
