Verifies that materials used, and the assembled unit sections meet product and process specifications. The Assembler works under the direct supervision of a Rigging Foreman and/or the Construction Manager to satisfy work assignments.\nRead plans as required to identify pick points, and assembly of the overall units. Assess the hardware needed to achieve the design and discuss with the Site Construction Manager any specific concerns.\nGather any special equipment and supplies needed to install as planned.\nEnsure that all assets are secured before the end of a shift. This includes the approved use of lifts, tools, and other approved methodologies.\nEnsure all units are placed correctly per engineered drawings.\nEnsure all units are secured correctly per engineered drawings.\nEnsure all units have been connected/interconnected correctly and perform a spot check on the team.\nSetting, aligning, and leveling heavy equipment machinery.\nSelecting the appropriate rigging gear.\nPreparing rigging equipment including beams, pulleys, clamps, shackles, bolts etc.\nInspecting rigging before use.\nMonitoring and maintaining rigging equipment.\nManeuvering loads using heavy equipment machinery and by hand.\nEnsuring compliance with state and company safety procedures.\nCommunicating with the rigging and construction team.\nBreaking down rigging equipment and conducting post-rigging inspections (as needed)\nRecord and report any damage to person or property during the operation • Produce high quality products and services for our customers.\nThe Field Install Technician will have experience in the following areas:\nIn-depth knowledge of rigging equipment and heavy machinery.\nExcellent hearing and vision.\nAbility to work at heights and in noisy environments\nAbility to work outdoors in harsh weather conditions\nResponsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area.\nRelies on work instructions and pre-established processes to perform the functions of the job.\nReview construction plans, confirm the rigging requirements and overall technical requirements of rigging needed to properly secure all installation.
