Part Time Content Project ManagerEducation Technology $43.63 per hour, 9 Month ContractPart-Time – Up to 25 Hours per Week (EST Hours Preferred)Remote What You’ll Do:Manage the creation, production, and maintenance of customer-facing and internal support content designed to improve the customer experienceTransform complex workflows and processes into clear, user-friendly onboarding resources, training materials, and how-to guidesMaintain and organize content libraries to ensure materials remain accurate, current, and easy to accessCollaborate cross-functionally with Platform, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Research teams to support customer experience initiativesMonitor customer experience survey feedback and route insights to appropriate teams for timely follow-up and resolutionSupport the development of content aligned with customer onboarding and support strategies What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in technical writing, content management, or documentation managementStrong writing, editing, and project management skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to simplify technical or complex information into accessible, customer-friendly contentExperience managing documentation processes and maintaining organized content systemsComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholdersExperience with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office, Asana, and SharePointBackground in edTech or SaaS environments is a plusExperience working with LMS platforms is a bonus Apply Today!Upload your resume – no cover letter required.
