Role Description We are seeking a Sales Associate for a full-time, hybrid role based in Northwest, MO, with the flexibility to work from any location within the US. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying client needs, presenting tailored supplemental benefits solutions, and maintaining positive client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients, conducting sales presentations, building customized coverage plans, and ensuring excellent service to existing clients. The role also involves meeting individual sales goals and participating in team-oriented initiatives.
