Curriculum Instructional Specialist

General Definition of WorkThe curriculum instructional specialist, under moderate supervision, performs instructional programs support work with limited decision-making designing, implementing, and continuously improving educational curriculum content while aligning to state standards. This position will monitor state requirements and support the instructional specialists by creating professional learning content and materials. Employee performs school based and district level work to carry out Board of Education policies and procedures as an expert curriculum instructional specialist under the direction of the assigned Director or Executive Director.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
