Job Title: Python DeveloperLocation: Chicago, IL/Plano, TX/Charlotte, NC (Local Candidate needed)Must Have SkillsAbility to lead a team of Python Developers to deliver a module assigned (design, document, code, integrate, deploy)Ability to perform independently and perform peer-review, aligning to best practices and coding standardsGuide and review Junior Developers code and deliverablesStrong understanding of object-oriented programmingHands on Experience in Python ProgrammingWorking knowledge and experience using threading limitation of Python and multi-process architecture.Experience in scheduling jobs or trigger events programmatically.Experience in Data Cleaning and Data transformation using PythonExperience working with Pandas, Numpy and Regular Expressions in PythonHands on experience with JIRA, Agile methodology, source code management - GIT, SVN etc.Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable applicationProficient in implementing automated unit testsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers and business analysts to ensure seamless integration of data solutions.Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and stakeholders.GOOD TO HAVEWeb Framework Knowledge (Django)Strong understanding in building REST APIs/ Micro services architectureGood Development experience on Webservices(Flask), Web AppsWorking knowledge on Java, Spring integration, MVC , Hibernate, Understanding of Spring boot Micro services"Experience with sqlalchemyWorking experience on Oracle, PL/ SQL
