Come be a part of this incredible and inclusive team at Invited!\r\nJob Summary\r\nOutside Server is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests, ensuring that every interaction reflects Invited's service standards. This role focuses on consistently applying the 3-steps of service-warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells. Server 1 works closely with team members to provide a seamless dining experience and plays an integral role in maintaining member satisfaction and retention. As a non-lead role, Server 1 also supports the overall operations of the dining area and assists in service duties as required.\r\nReporting Structure\r\n\r\nReports to the F&B Director, Banquet Manager or Restaurant Manager\r\n\r\nDay to Day\r\n\r\n\r\nMaintain high standards of service, following the Invited F&B service training program.\r\n\r\n\r\nProvide food and beverage service to members/guests, executing orders in a timely manner.\r\n\r\n\r\nEnsure a complete knowledge of the à la carte menu, including daily features and specials.\r\n\r\n\r\nGreet members by name and provide a warm welcome, making them feel at home.\r\n\r\n\r\nAssist fellow employees and ensure a seamless member/guest experience through teamwork and attention to detail.\r\n\r\n\r\nHandle member/guest complaints with service recovery techniques, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly.\r\n\r\n\r\nComplete daily assignments and side work, ensuring work areas are organized, clean, and well-stocked.\r\n\r\n\r\nFollow club standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.\r\n\r\n\r\nSupport management by completing additional duties as assigned.\r\n\r\n\r\nAdditional Duties\r\n\r\n\r\nDue to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management.\r\n\r\n\r\nFollow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions.\r\n\r\n\r\nMaintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff.\r\n\r\n\r\nFollow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same.\r\n\r\n\r\nTake the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role.\r\n\r\n\r\nAddress and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations.\r\n\r\n\r\nAttend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities to stay informed and contribute to the team's success.\r\n\r\n\r\nWear a clean, neat uniform that meets club standards.\r\n\r\n\r\nAbout You\r\nPreferred\r\n\r\n\r\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\r\n\r\n\r\nPrevious experience in Food and Beverage service.\r\n\r\n\r\nCurrent Food Handler and Alcohol Server Certifications as required by state and city regulations.\r\n\r\n\r\nCompletion of Invited's F&B Service Training program.\r\n\r\n\r\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and effectively.\r\n\r\n\r\nAbility to follow instructions and communicate well with team members.\r\n\r\n\r\nPhysical Requirements\r\n\r\n\r\nMust be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods.\r\n\r\n\r\nAbility to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases.\r\n\r\n\r\nCapable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required.\r\n\r\n\r\nAble to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally.\r\n\r\n\r\nEffective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity.\r\n\r\n\r\nPrimary Tools/Equipment:\r\n\r\n\r\nTrays\r\n\r\n\r\nPOS System\r\n\r\n\r\nBottle Opener\r\n\r\n\r\nWine Tool\r\n\r\n\r\nWork Schedule\r\n\r\n\r\nAttendance requirements for this position as outlined on the weekly schedule.\r\n\r\n\r\nAdditional hours are required to meet deadlines of the position, including weekends and/or holidays.\r\n\r\n\r\nWhat We Offer\r\nWe believe in taking care of our team, and our Total Rewards package reflects that commitment.
