As part of (SES) Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates and maintains electronic security services inclusive of intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, it systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems for federal, local and commercial customers across high-growth markets.\nResponsibilities:\nIn this role you will be responsible for installing and maintaining electronic security systems. Performing preventive maintenance requirements. Performing inspections, evaluations, and inventory\nLeading teams on Large complex installation projects with limited supervision.\nLeading and documenting daily toolbox talks, ORMs and Safety Audits.\nInstalling and Maintain equipment at both the local and global level per design packages.\nProgramming and Installation of head end equipment for Access Control, Intrusion Detection and CCTV systems.\nTroubleshooting and isolating both systems and/or hardware at both a local and global level.\nLead the on-site software commissioning and testing.\nLead inspections, evaluations, and inventory Performing Take off project drawings Create,\nDocument and Track RFIs.\nDesign assist and feedback\nDocumenting daily reports and project progress.\nCommunicating project and team member issues/concerns to management\nCreate and manage Project schedule Integration of IDS, ACS and CCTV systems\nForecast and Manage Project Labor Hours Communicate effectively with Supervisors and Subordinates\nGuide and Mentor Technicians\nQualifications:\nKey Requirements:\nRequires a Valid driver's license. This position may require ongoing or intermittent use of a company vehicle.\nSelected candidates must possess an acceptable driving record in accordance to our policy\nEducation:\nHS diploma or GED is required\nMilitary Electronics Training (minimum 720 classroom hours) or\nGraduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program or\nGraduation from an Electrical Apprenticeship program\nAn additional three (3) years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities\nRequired Progressive Experience:\n8+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities on multiple systems and with multiple customer programs\n3 years of the above experience must be focused in electronic security systems\nStrong Oral, Written and Presentation Skills.\nDemonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams.\nDemonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives.\nStrong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Skills is a plus.\nMust be able to travel 50%.\nDesired Qualifications:\nVendor certifications in multiple IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems CCURE, Lenel, Identiv/Hirsch Velocity, Bosch Radionics, Bosch CCTV, Bosch BVMS, AIphone Intercom Systems Airphone, FFT, DIVAR, Windows operating systems & certifications and experience in installation of said systems.\nWhat we offer:\nA collaborative team inspired by the way engineering and innovation enhance customer outcomes, improve lives, and change the world for the better.
