Recognized as one of Wisconsin's Top 10 Best Places to Work in Manufacturing, we take pride in valuing our employees, fostering professional growth, and maintaining a culture of respect, collaboration, and excellence.Why Eagle?A clean, organized shop that is fully air-conditioned!40 hours per week, with voluntary overtime.No layoffs in over 55 yearsFamily-friendly companyGain-sharing programPeer and Individual feedback at 6/12 monthsShort run/wide variety of workSteady growth opportunitiesTeam-oriented environment – we value and encourage employee involvementEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Review work orders and create a plan for grouping orders by material to process orders efficientlyPull stock from warehouse, ensuring the correct material and thickness matches what is needed per work ordersEnter size and quantity information into computer-controlled saw Enter the correct amount of material cut and used into system to maintain accurate inventory levelsDistribute cut material to various areas of the shop to be machinedAssist in cycle counting and inventory trackingLight saw and forklift maintenanceMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.Follow all company safety protocols and best practices.Interpret and adhere to the production schedule and job priorities.Effectively communicate with team members regarding job status, issues, and quality concerns.Qualifications:Must be able to use/learn to use CNC saw, forklift, tape measure, caliper, scanner, computer, and label printerMust have communication skills to work with internal customers to update about different work orders or ask question about product or system issuesMust have personal management skills to keep area organized and follow procedureMust have or be able to obtain forklift certificationAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizationAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphsAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
