The Manager of Systems Integration exemplifies the core values of Electrical Insights being Integrity, Stewardship, and Quality with Safety being the forefront in every decision.\r\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities: The essential duties and responsibilities of this job are included but not limited to this job description other tasks may be assigned and expected to be performed.\r\nChampion and support a positive, proactive safety culture throughout the organization to achieve best in class safety performance.\r\nProvide operational oversight, including but not limited to financial planning, personnel, the organizations asset management, and utilization, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget.\r\nLead the division while delegating responsibilities to subordinates providing guidance, direction and evaluation of the work while ensuring a healthy working environment.\r\nLead sales innovations, business development, and the profitability of the division as determined by the strategic goals.\r\nAssist in maximizing the groups operating performance and achieving its financial goals.\r\nAssist in managing the finances of the division, finding ways to increase revenue and decrease costs, analyzing financial reports and preparing budgets.\r\nLead the building of the divisions customer relations to improve and achieve the vision of the organization.\r\nDrive change in the group, functioning as a catalyst for the organization to embrace and implement proven and emerging strategies to drive speed, quality, safety, reliability, and employee satisfaction.\r\nWork with teams to build and complete cross-training and development plans that are robust and improve the capability of the team members and improve flexibility in operations.\r\nEmpower teams with a managerial style that is collaborative, inclusive, and balanced in its approach to achieve commitments.\r\nEstablish an environment of continuous improvement for solving problems and reducing costs.\r\nProvide leadership and employee development through talent acquisition, performance management, training and development, coaching and mentoring, and motivation of personnel in alignment with the business goals and objectives.\r\nIdentify, share, and leverage best practices across the business as appropriate.\r\nReview and approve all proposals over to the customer prior to submitting.\r\nReview, summarize, and analyze monthly cost -to-complete estimates for all projects.\r\nMaintain awareness of competitors, expansion opportunities, customers, markets and new industry developments and standards.\r\nMediate employee concerns, with the assistance of Human Resources, in a prompt fashion.\r\nAttend and actively take part in Safety and Leadership Meetings to support the organizations vision and mission.\r\nCollaborate with executive leadership to ensure continuous profitability improvement.\r\nComplete other tasks or projects as assigned.\r\nEstablish & maintain relationships with industry partners, subcontractors, manufacturers, and distributors.\r\nEstablish and maintain relationships with General Contractors, AEC firms, Consultants, and direct clients as required for business development.
