security plans, including surveillance (cameras) and access\ncontrol systems, ensuring comprehensive and scalable solutions.\n- Conduct assessments of client sites to ensure infrastructure and security designs align with\ntheir operational requirements.\n3. **Client Infrastructure Management:**\n- Oversee the management and monitoring of IT infrastructure across multiple client\nenvironments, ensuring optimal performance and availability.\n- Regularly engage with clients to evaluate performance, scalability, and security needs,\nproactively recommending upgrades or changes.\n- Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are developed and regularly tested\nfor all client environments.\n4. **Security, Compliance, and Best Practices:**\n- Implement standardized security protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations\nacross both internal and client environments.\n- Oversee the enforcement of best practices in data protection, access control, and\nvulnerability management.\n5. **Vendor and Partner Management:**\n- Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring optimal service delivery for\ninternal operations and client projects.\n- Coordinate with third-party providers to deliver integrated solutions for IT infrastructure and\nphysical security.\n6. **Project Management and Service Delivery:**\n- Lead and execute infrastructure and security projects, from design to deployment, ensuring\nprojects are delivered on time and within budget.\n- Collaborate with account managers, sales teams, and client stakeholders to tailor solutions\nto client specifications.\n- Provide regular updates on project status, identifying potential risks and implementing\nmitigation strategies.\n7. **Tier 3 Support and Operational Excellence:**\n- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, providing Tier 3 support\nto both internal teams and clients.\n- Optimize operational processes and introduce automation where possible to enhance\nservice delivery.\n- Oversee the incident management process, ensuring swift resolution of high-impact issues.\n**Understanding of IT Infrastructure:**\n- Oversee and manage all components of IT infrastructure, including:\n- **Hardware:** Servers, network devices, storage devices, and end-user devices.\n- **Software:** Operating systems, applications, virtualization platforms, and\nmanagement/monitoring tools.\n- **Network Resources:** Internet/intranet connectivity, cloud services, and VPN solutions.\n- **Security:** Firewalls, intrusion detection systems, endpoint security, and physical security.\n- **People and Processes:** Leading the IT team, managing resources, and ensuring\ncompliance with IT policies and regulations.\n- Ensure efficient operation, scalability, security, and compliance of all infrastructure\ncomponents, supporting business continuity and client needs.\n**Qualifications:**\n- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.\n- If no college degree, relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, ITIL) are required.\n- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably within an MSP or similar\nmulti-client environment.\n- Proven experience designing IT infrastructure and physical security solutions (cameras,\naccess control) for clients.\n- Strong expertise in networking, virtualization, cloud platforms, and data center management.\n- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including administration and management across multiple\ntenants.\n- Solid understanding of cybersecurity practices, regulatory compliance, and industry best\npractices.\n- Excellent communication, client-facing, and leadership skills.\n**Preferred Qualifications:**\n- Experience with multi-tenant environments, remote management tools, and physical security\nsystems.\n-
