Duties will include supporting meetings, developing meeting minutes, and providing documentation based on client inputs, preparing and/or updating complex schedules, preparing and/or reviewing briefing charts, and updating data on client SharePoint sites.\nResponsibilities:\nProvides in depth analytical, administrative and program management support.\nResearches and investigates the need for, and impact of, changes in project scope; develop and implement changes as needed.\nFollows reporting systems including systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and system evaluation methodology.\nDevelops and maintains program documentation and technical reports, conduct assessments and communicates results.\nContributes to the evaluation, analysis, and development of recommended solutions.\nMonitors program progress and customer satisfaction; provide periodic status reports as needed.\nFacilitates efficient communication and program support between the client and external agencies.\nPrepares program correspondence as needed.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nQualifications:\nBachelors Degree and two to five (2-5) years of experience conducting studies and preparing reports on feasibility and cost effectiveness.\nIntermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.\nAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.\nStrong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.\n\nPhysical Demands:\nMust be able to lift up to 25 pounds\nMust be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time\nMust be able to twist, bend and squat periodically\n\nSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level.
