Role Description We are seeking a Superintendent for a full-time, on-site position at our Broadway, VA location. The Superintendent will oversee daily operations, ensuring goals are met in areas such as production, safety, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing teams, monitoring processes, identifying areas of improvement, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role involves direct collaboration with team members and leadership to drive success and maintain operational excellence. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and effectively communicate with diverse teamsKnowledge of production processes, operational planning, and efficiency optimizationUnderstanding of safety standards, quality control, and regulatory complianceExcellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skillsProficiency in tracking and analyzing operational metricsExperience in the food processing or manufacturing industries is preferredAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environmentBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is a plus
