Regional Flatbed Driver CDL A required dedicated run

Truck Driver Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods over short or long distances while adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws. Duties: - Safely operate trucks to transport goods to various destinations - Load and unload cargo using forklifts and other equipment - Perform routine automotive repairs and maintenance on trucks as needed - Drive dump trucks to transport materials such as gravel, dirt, or asphalt - Follow specific routes and time schedules for deliveries - Ensure all freight is securely strapped down before transport - Communicate with dispatchers to coordinate pick-up and delivery times Requirements: - Valid CDL license with a clean driving record - Proven experience in regional lane driving - Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles - Knowledge of route driving and navigation - Familiarity with delivery driver responsibilities - Strong understanding of load/unload procedures - Experience with handling various types of freight -1099 Nice-to-Have Skills: - Automotive repair knowledge Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,500.00 per week Benefits: Paid training Trucking Driver Type: Company driver Trucking Route: Dedicated Local Regional Experience: Driving: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: CDL A (Required) Ability to Relocate: Gary, IN: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: On the road
