This high-visibility role will partner closely with marketing, sales, and business leadership to deliver actionable insights that drive growth, competitive positioning, and informed decision-making across global markets.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Intelligence & StrategyDevelop and implement a comprehensive global market intelligence framework to support business strategyAnalyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to provide actionable insightsProduce monthly market intelligence reports with clear, business-focused recommendationsMonitor key performance indicators and market signals to forecast future trendsConsolidate global market outlooks, megatrends, and sector-specific developmentsServe as a subject matter expert on market intelligence tools, data sources, and reporting methodsLead cross-functional collaboration to gather, validate, and interpret market dataSupport regional teams in identifying growth opportunities through targeted researchSales Enablement & Marketing SupportDevelop and maintain sales enablement tools, including presentations, case studies, and sales materialsPartner with marketing and sales teams to create impactful, customer-facing contentManage and track inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and digital channelsSupport lead nurturing efforts to improve engagement and conversion ratesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related technical field (e.g., Chemistry, Materials Science)5+ years of experience in market analysis, business development, or B2B marketing (chemical or industrial industry preferred)Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, IBM Planning Analytics)Familiarity with marketing tools and data-driven decision-making processesStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative mindsetAbility to work in a fast-paced, evolving environmentWillingness to travel up to 10% domesticallyFluency in English; additional language skills are a plusCore CompetenciesAbility to navigate ambiguity and drive clarityStrong relationship-building and cross-functional collaborationInnovative thinking and proactive problem-solvingSelf-motivated with a high level of initiative and accountabilityThis is an excellent opportunity to step into a strategic, high-impact role with visibility across global teams and leadership, while contributing to data-driven business growth and market expansion.J-18808-Ljbffr
