This is an advanced role requiring expertise in troubleshooting, electrical systems, PLCs, and mechanical machinery. Candidates will be tested on their electrical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities as part of the hiring process.\n1st shift: 8am – 4:30pm\nPay Range: $25 - 43/hr\nResponsibilities:\nTroubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, and PLC-controlled production equipment.\nDiagnose and solve issues related to PLCs, sensors, motors, VFD’s, and mechanical systems.\nEnsures proper operation of all equipment and machines, such as power generators, cablers, braiders, extruders, air compressors, pneumatics, and PLCs.\nUses hand tools, power tools, and machine tools for fabrication of parts and machine additions.\nWorks with 480V and lower voltage electrical systems\nAssists with installation of new or refurbished machinery and machinery upgrades\nConducts safety inspections of facilities and machines.\nCollaborate with production team to identify root causes of equipment down time and long term solutions\nCreate material lists and submit purchase requests for MRO supplies.\nTrain junior level maintenance technicians and inspect the quality of performed maintenance work.\nPerforms all other duties as assigned.\nRequired Education/ Abilities:\nVocational school or Associate’s degree required\nAt least 5 years of experience with electrical and mechanical maintenance is required.\nAbility to read and understand blueprints and schematics is required\nStrong communication and organizational skills, and basic computer skills are required.\nThorough understanding of safety practices, guidelines, rules, and laws is required.\nAbility to use/ operate hand tools, power tools, and machine tools is required. Welding, fabrication, lathe and milling machining and additional skills are a plus.\nKnowledge with PLCs and VFDs is a plus.\nPhysical Requirements:\nProlonged periods standing, stretching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling required.\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.\nVisual acuity to properly inspect and modify large and detailed portions of machinery.\nManual dexterity to assemble, disassemble, adjust, and relocate machines.\nLet’s Create Possibilities Together.\n\nJoin a global community shaping the future of intelligent connectivity.
