In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the project manager and other skilled labors with various tasks. Your hands-on skills and dedication will contribute to the successful completion of remodeling, renovation, and new construction initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your construction expertise while working in a fast-paced environment that values safety, communication, quality, and teamwork.\n\n*Responsibilities*\n\n* Assist with the installation of building materials such as drywall, tile, stucco, and fixtures according to project specifications and blueprints\n* Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to perform tasks including cutting, measuring, and fastening\n* Interpret technical drawings, construction plans, and blueprints to ensure accurate installation aligned with project requirements\n* Conduct dimensional measurements using tape measures and other tools to verify proper fit and alignment\n* Support construction inspection processes by ensuring work meets quality standards and safety protocols\n* Perform gutter installation, door hanging, plastering, caulking, and other finishing tasks as needed\n* Collaborate with team members to follow construction management plans and adhere to project timelines\n\n*Qualifications*\n\n* Prior construction site experience or related labor roles preferred; enthusiasm for learning on the job is highly valued\n* Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and measuring devices such as tape measures\n* Knowledge of building material installation including drywall, tile masonry, stucco, plastering, and fixture mounting\n* Experience with plumbing, electrical work, or remodeling projects is a plus but not required\n* Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow blueprint specifications accurately\n* Strong customer service mindset when interacting with clients or project managers on-site\n* Excellent physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, climbing ladders, and working in various weather conditions\n* Ability to stay motivated and work independently.\n* Attention to detail and Extremely reliable.\n\nJoin us if you're eager to grow your construction skills in a lively environment that promotes safety and craftsmanship.
