program management of the cloud data modernization initiative, focusing on Teradata to Databricks migration.\r\nCollaborate with architects, data engineers, and cloud teams to plan migration strategy, roadmap, and delivery milestones.\r\nDefine and drive program governance with metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.\r\nCoordinate with stakeholders across business, infrastructure, and data teams to ensure alignment on timelines, priorities, and dependencies.\r\nEnsure robust risk and issue management with proactive mitigations.\r\nManage multiple workstreams including data ingestion, ETL/ELT modernization, data quality, security, and compliance.\r\nPartner with vendor teams and system integrators to manage third-party deliverables and performance.\r\nDrive Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies across program teams.\r\nEnsure adherence to cloud best practices, data security standards, and enterprise architectural guidelines.\r\nReport program health, status, and risks to executive leadership in a structured and actionable format.\r\nExpertise You\\'ll Bring 15-25 years of program and project management experience in large-scale data transformation or modernization initiatives.\r\nProven experience managing Teradata migrations to modern platforms like Databricks.\r\nHands-on experience or strong technical understanding of cloud platforms (Azure) and cloud-native data ecosystems.\r\nDeep knowledge of data engineering and analytics pipelines, including ETL/ELT, Spark, SQL, and modern data lakehouse architectures.\r\nStrong background in stakeholder management, budget oversight, and vendor governance.\r\nExcellent understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe delivery methodologies.\r\nStrong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.\r\nExperience in regulated environments (finance, healthcare, etc.) is a plus.\r\nFamiliarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.\r\nCompetitive salary and benefits package.\r\nCulture focused
