Reconcile billing data, verify system information, identify inconsistencies, and resolve billing-related issues to support accurate and timely billing processes. Assist with reporting, process improvements, and financial or administrative tasks while communicating professionally with internal partners and customers.\n\nWhat To Expect\nBilling Reconciliation & Data Accuracy: Reconcile and identify inconsistencies across multiple data sets to ensure accuracy and completeness. Reconcile billings by verifying entries, comparing system reports to custodial balances, and researching and resolving outstanding issues on an ongoing basis. Audit billing-related account activity to ensure completeness and accuracy of system information.\nBilling File Preparation & Processing: Assist with the preparation and submittal of billing files for advisory fee accounts at multiple financial custodian firms. Support account fee billing, transaction processing, commission processing, and other recurring billing activities on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.\nAudit Reporting & Issue Resolution: Manage audit reports within client databases to inspect data and identify, research, and resolve issues as needed. Monitor billing activity and support timely resolution of discrepancies, exceptions, and data quality concerns.\nPartner Payout Support: Lead billing-related efforts for partner payouts, including reviewing data, supporting calculations, identifying inconsistencies, and helping ensure payout information is accurate and complete.\nProcess Improvement & Reporting: Assist in enhancing processes, procedures, and reports to monitor activity, ensure accuracy, streamline processes, and improve efficiencies. Support reporting, accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as needed.\nCustomer & Internal Partner Support: Communicate professionally with customers and internal partners. Demonstrate a strong service mindset while supporting billing inquiries, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination.\nOther Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.\n\nWhat You Need\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.\nMinimum of one year of experience in accounting, billing, problem-solving, data analysis, or a related analytical role preferred.\nMinimum of two years of experience in a general office environment preferred.\nExperience in the financial services industry preferred.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.\nExperience with Salesforce reporting preferred.\nStrong attention to detail required.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills required.\nStrong planning, time management, and organizational skills required.\nAbility to work under tight deadlines required.\n\nEEO Statement:\nIn exchange for your expertise, we offer a base salary, bonus potential, 401(k) plus matching, health benefits, and a great working environment.
