See more of what we do here.\nJob Summary:\nAs Granicus accelerates investment in AI‑powered solutions for government, the organization has reached an inflection point where how new capabilities are introduced to customers is as important as what is built.\nGranicus is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead early adoption and product readiness for new AI features and capabilities. This role plays a key part in ensuring that new releases are well validated, customer ready, and smoothly adopted before broader rollout.\nThe Program Manager will work cross functionally with Engineering, Design, Presales, and Implementation teams to coordinate beta programs, track readiness, and support a consistent, high quality launch experience across our AI portfolio.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams, bringing structure to complex efforts, and helping innovative products succeed in real customer environments.\n\nWhat Your Impact Will Look Like:\nEarly Adoption and Beta Programs\nOwn and manage early-stage adoption for new AI features and products\nDefine program goals, timelines, and success criteria\nCoordinate customer participation with Sales, Presales, and Implementation partners\nCollect and synthesize feedback to inform product improvements and release decisions\n\nProduct Readiness and Stability\nPartner with Product and Engineering teams to support release readiness planning\nTrack and coordinate resolution of issues identified during early adoption\nSupport validation that new releases continue to perform as expected across existing functionality\nHelp ensure new features meet usability and quality expectations prior to general availability\nCross Functional Collaboration\nServe as a central point of coordination across Engineering, Design, Presales, and Implementation\nSupport early alignment on design considerations and customer use case\nFacilitate regular check ins focused on readiness, risks, and launch coordination\nEnsure customer facing teams are informed and prepared for upcoming changes\nReporting and Communication\nProvide clear visibility into early adoption outcomes and readiness status\nSurface insights and trends from customer feedback\nSupport leadership with structured updates on progress, risks, and decisions\nYou Will Love This Job If You Have:\nReqiired Experience\n7+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or delivery leadership\nExperience working cross functionally with technical and customer facing teams\nStrong organizational and communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment\nPreferred\nExperience with AI, data driven, or SaaS products\nBackground in B2B or public sector technology\nExperience running beta, pilot, or early access programs\nWhat Success Looks Like\nNew AI capabilities are adopted smoothly and confidently by early customers\nProduct teams receive clear, actionable feedback prior to broad release\nLaunch readiness is well coordinated across teams\nCustomers experience consistent quality and reliability as new features are introduced\nPay Range: USD $73,800.00 - USD $134,800.00 /Yr.
