We welcome, encourage, and value the contributions of all individuals and value inclusion, resilience, self-determination, collaboration, and accountability.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nProgram Development: Design and implement a comprehensive peer mentoring program that aligns with our institution's goals, including creating training materials and resources for mentors and mentees.\nRecruitment and Training: Recruit, screen, and train peer mentors, equipping them with essential skills in communication, leadership, and conflict resolution.\nMentor-Mentee Matching: Facilitate effective pairings between mentors and mentees based on shared interests and goals, ensuring optimal support for participants.\nProgram Coordination: Organize mentoring activities, workshops, and community-building events, while maintaining regular communication to offer guidance and support.\nAssessment and Evaluation: Develop assessment tools to evaluate program effectiveness, collecting and analyzing participant feedback to drive continuous improvement.\nCollaboration: Work closely with various departments and external organizations to enhance the program's visibility and impact.\nReporting: Prepare insightful reports and presentations on program activities and outcomes to inform stakeholders and guide future enhancements.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nPREFERRED:\nBachelor’s degree in human services or a related field\nTwo years of experience in human services.\nStrong organizational and leadership skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.\nCapacity to work collaboratively with diverse groups.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to maintain confidentiality.\nFlexible schedule and access to reliable transportation.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision.\nWHY JOIN APTIV?\nAt Aptiv, we value collaboration and teamwork, committed to your personal growth and development.
