This role serves as the primary liaison between Group CBS and Corporate Legal to ensure contracts are reviewed consistently, routed properly, and completed efficiently.\nThe ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience coordinating agreements in a fast-paced business environment.\n\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nManage intake, tracking, and coordination of agreements including:\nMaster Service Agreements (MSAs)\nNon-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)\nEnsure all applicable agreements are routed through Corporate Legal prior to execution.\nPerform first-pass review of contracts and identify items requiring Legal, Compliance, Finance, or operational review, including:\nLiability and indemnification language\nInsurance requirements\nPayment terms\nFlow-down obligations and compliance certifications\nNon-standard operational, regulatory, or compliance terms\nCoordinate contract revisions, redlines, approvals, and execution processes.\nMaintain centralized contract tracking and reporting systems.\nAssist with development and maintenance of contract playbooks, escalation thresholds, and approval workflows.\nSupport utilization and administration of Summize, the Company’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.\nPartner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to support timely contract execution and issue resolution.\nPerform additional duties and special projects as assigned.\n\nMETRICS AND MEASUREMENTS\nTBD\n\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\nNot applicable. This position has no direct reports.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:\nContract administration\nContract negotiations\nLegal operations\nParalegal or contract coordination roles\nStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple agreements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience collaborating with business leaders and legal teams.\n\nKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.\nStrong problem-solving and follow-through skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and contract management systems.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively across departments.\n\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in contract administration, contract coordination, legal operations, paralegal support, or related agreement management roles.\n\nCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS\nn/a\n\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by\nan employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
