We leverage decades of experience to deliver contingent staffing, direct placement, executive search, and workforce services worldwide.Sound like a good fit?APPLY TODAYWhat you'll do:Perform in-process, pre-cap/internal visual, final, and external visual inspectionsInspect electronic and mechanical components, including semiconductors, integrated circuits, hybrid microcircuits, mechanical parts, and printed wiring boardsEnsure compliance with standards such as MIL-STD-750, MIL-STD-883, ASME Y14.5 (GD&T), MIL-P-55110, MIL-P-50884, and J-STD-002Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and tolerancesVerify product conformity, workmanship, dimensions, and functionalityDocument inspection results and maintain accurate certification and compliance recordsParticipate in product qualification and recertification testingStay current with customer, military, and industry standardsIdentify nonconforming products and escalate quality issuesSupport customer audits and special qualification requirements Job Requirements Qualifications:Prior experience performing quality inspections in aerospaceStrong knowledge of military and commercial inspection standardsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirementsExperience inspecting electronic components and mechanical assembliesFamiliarity with industry standards:MIL-STD-750MIL-STD-883ASME Y14.5 (GD&T)MIL-P-55110MIL-P-50884J-STD-002IPC standards Preferred QualificationsExperience with:Internal visual inspectionsExternal visual inspectionsFinal acceptance inspectionsExperience with IPC-specific inspections, solderability testing, and printed circuit board (PCB) inspections Physical / Work Requirements:Ability to use microscopes, calipers, measuring tools, and inspection equipment.Ability to sit, stand, and perform detailed visual inspections for extended periods.Strong manual dexterity and close attention to detail.
