No other firm in the country operates at this depth across all three pillars.THE OPPORTUNITYAs a Senior Planner at OneAdvocate Financial, you will serve as the strategic financial lead for a defined book of corporate client accounts. You are the advisor who ties it all together by coordinating with business owners on the benefits architecture OneAdvocate is implementing, directing Associate Planners on employee-level enrollment, and delivering comprehensive investment and financial planning to both business owners and their employees.This is the role for the financial professional who has always believed their clients deserve more than a product but rather a complete financial strategy. No two days are identical.At the Corporate Account Level:Coordinate directly with business owners on the benefits architecture OneAdvocate is implementing for their company; serving as the senior relationship lead for each corporate account.Oversee the employee enrollment process in collaboration with Associate Planners, providing real-time client feedback and guidance to help them develop their craft and deliver consistent client experiences.Conduct annual corporate account reviews, assessing plan performance, employee engagement, and opportunities to expand the financial wellness strategy across the organization.At the Individual Planning Level:Deliver comprehensive investment and financial planning to business owners and qualifying employees; incorporating securities, retirement, life insurance, health strategy, and income protection into a single, coherent plan.Serve high-net-worth individuals through OneAdvocate's Private Client Group, providing sophisticated planning across wealth accumulation, legacy, and tax-efficient strategies using the full breadth of your securities licensing.Build and maintain long-term advisory relationships with clients at every stage of their financial lives ranging from early career employees to established business owners planning their exit.Utilize the SHAPE framework as the organizing structure for every client engagement: Health, Assets, Protection, and Engagement delivered as one integrated strategy, not a menu of disconnected products.Within the OneAdvocate Team:Provide real-world mentorship to Associate Planners through joint client meetings offering post-meeting feedback on client communication, plan recommendations, and SHAPE framework delivery.Collaborate with leadership on account strategy, product positioning, and the continuous improvement of the OneAdvocate client experience.Stay current on securities regulations, financial planning best practices, carrier offerings, and industry developments that affect client outcomes.COMPENSATION & EARNING STRUCTUREFirst-Year Earning Potential: Senior Planners who engage their corporate accounts and deliver across the full planning spectrum consistently earn $80,000–$120,000 in their first year. Earnings are uncapped. Top performers and those serving Private Client Group accounts significantly exceed this.This is a performance-based, 1099 independent contractor engagement. Your income reflects the depth and breadth of the advice you deliver and the relationships you build. You are not prospecting cold. Clients don't leave the relationship LICENSING & QUALIFICATIONSRequired: Active Series 6 and Series 65 (or Series 66) securities licenses are required for this role. Additional securities licenses (Series 7, Series 63, or others) are a meaningful advantage. Active Indiana Life & Health Insurance license is also required or must be obtained within 90 days of engagement start.We recognize that the depth of your financial knowledge extends well beyond the licenses you hold.
