THE JOB Join the team as a Houseperson at ARIA Resort & Casino, where you'll play an important role in creating a clean, welcoming, and comfortable experience for every guest. In this position, you'll support Guestroom Attendants by helping maintain guest room supplies, cleanliness standards, and efficient daily operations throughout the property. Working in a fast-paced luxury resort environment, you'll be part of a dedicated housekeeping team focused on delivering exceptional service, creating memorable guest experiences and WOW moments guests carry with them long after they leave! THE STARTING PAY: $24.315 / Per Hour THE DAY-TO-DAY: Keep assigned areas clean, organized, and properly maintained Clean and maintain hallways, lobbies, stairwells, restrooms, lockers, railings, wallpaper marks, marble and tile floors, ash urns, lamps, mirrors, and pictures Vacuum halls, lobbies, and edges in assigned areas Deliver guest requested items including refrigerators, pillows, rollaways, cribs, and other amenities to guest rooms Empty trash and linen from Guest Room Attendants' carts as needed Maintain inventory levels, deliver supplies, and stock assigned lockers Follow Quick Flood Response procedures, pull room procedures, quarterly mattress-flipping procedures, and all safety and cleaning standards THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Must be 18 years of age or older Six (6) months of previous cleaning experience in a similar resort style setting preferred Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Free meals in our Aria employee dining room Free parking on and off-shift at all MGM Resorts properties Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees) Professional and personal development opportunities through employee programs and network groups Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION https://mgmresorts.marketpayjobs.com/ShowJob.aspx?EntityID=2&jobcode=14097 Are you ready to JOIN THE SHOW?
