This is a full-time, non-exempt position, located in our Mentor, Ohio office. This position will require a broad range of responsibilities to ensure success. Including, but not limited to these functionalities:\nPerform set up on manual lathes and CNC lathes\nVerifies conformance of finished work piece(s) to specifications using various measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers\nReviews drawings, instructions, blueprints to ensure accurate production\nLoads and unloads parts, operating multiple machines as needed\nStays on task and ensures current day scheduled work is completed on time\nMaintains an organized, safe, and clean work area\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n\nSystems\nMicrosoft Suite (Outlook, Word, PPT, Excel)\nCSI\nUKG\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nEducation: High School Diploma/GED ; Technical Program Certification is preferred.\nExperience:\n1-2 years of experience of manual machine on a lathe and CNC lathes required.\n1-2 years’ experience setting up manual machines, preferred.\nFamiliar with calipers, micrometers, and gauges\nFamiliar with reading blueprints and\nFamiliar with ProtoTRAK (preferred)\n\nSoft Skills\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nExcellent communication and leadership abilities.\nExperience in project management and process improvement.\n\nWork Environment\nFast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.\nRequires working closely with production and engineering teams on-site.\n\nCompensation and Benefits\nWe offer our Team Members a competitive benefits package that includes medical plans, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement participation, paid time off, and more!\n\nGeneral Notices\nProcess Technology is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
