Job Title: Associate, FHB (Food, Health, and Beauty) Location: Burbank, CA 91505 Pay Rate: $30.00 – $31.00/hr Work Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) Duration: 3 Months (Possibility for extension or conversion) Estimated Start Date: May 26, 2026What We Do / Project SummaryThis Associate provides critical support to the Food, Health, and Beauty (FHB) team in the management of category initiatives, revenue planning, and execution. You will assist with quarterly forecasting, conduct "white space" analysis to find market gaps, research potential partners, and brainstorm new business opportunities within a nimble, collaborative, and high-profile entertainment environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Support: Support the preparation of quarterly forecasts, accruals, and annual budgets. Generate forecast templates, manage initial licensee outreach, and assist in data collection and analysis.Contract Management: Collaborate with Legal and Licensees to create, submit, and track merchandise contracts. Initiate non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), import authorizations, and customs letters.Product Tracking: Monitor product sell-in, official launches, and overall market performance.Marketing & Social Media: Facilitate the process for products to be featured on WBD social media channels. Work with Product Development and Publicity to kick off collaborations through to launch.New Business Development: Assist in conducting white space analysis and researching potential partners to help manage and grow subcategories.Operations & Logistics: Maintain sample inventory and manage internal requests. Organize shared team tools and files (Sharepoint, Airtable, Box).Communication: Develop timely category updates for internal and external audiences and coordinate the preparation of presentation materials.Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: 0–1 years of experience in a professional environment.Must-Have Skills:Organization: Well-organized with proven planning and follow-through skills.Strategic Execution: Ability to take direction and assist the team in executing operational plans.Mindset: Curious, self-starter, optimistic, and dependable.Nice-to-Have Skills:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.2+ years of experience in the Licensing industry, or working with a licensor, vendor, or retailer.Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Familiarity with Airtable or Sharepoint is a plus.Soft SkillsExceptional time management and the ability to multi-task with high attention to detail.Proven ability to communicate tactfully cross-functionally across all levels.Flexibility and adaptability in a team environment with changing priorities.Basic understanding of financial forecasts and budgets.Team Culture & EnvironmentYou will join a driven group of professionals who maintain a relaxed yet productive atmosphere.
