If you are detail-oriented, dedicated, and passionate about maintaining the highest standards of sterilization and hygiene, we want to hear from you!Required Skills:Proven experience in reprocessing endoscopy scopes and instrumentsStrong knowledge of sterilization procedures, disinfection practices, and instrumentation handlingAbility to follow detailed protocols and maintain accurate documentationExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to perform physical tasks including cleaning, setting up, and breaking down procedure roomsNice to Have Skills:Certification such as CRCST or CSPDTExperience with hospital sterilization equipment and record-keeping systemsFamiliarity with endoscopy scheduling and logisticsPreferred Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalentPrior experience as an Endoscopy Technician or in a similar healthcare support roleOther Requirements:Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required at hireCall requirement: one to two times per month, subject to departmental needs, with additional call possibleAbility to travel if necessary and to comply with all hospital safety and hygiene standards
