The QMR group is responsible for the collecting and validating data in an accurate and timely manner while adhering to tight timelines, performing various procedural controls and maintaining high standards for data integrity. As a core member of the QMR team you will participate fully in all QMR “Close” activities and assist in operational process management, development and improvement, including analysis of existing needs.\n\nRole\n\nSupport collection, validation, and reporting of quarterly operational reported data.\n\nLeverage analytics to analyze customer reported data to ensure no revenue leakage.\n\nProvide analytical research across QMR and switched activity for management discussions.\n\nDeliver advanced, detailed, persuasive customer performance data analytics.\n\nSupport projects related to all operational metrics/drivers and associated revenue.\n\nEffectively communicate inquiries with customer to quickly resolve open issues.\n\nProvide customer support and training related to QMR topics to both internal and external customers.\n\nClear and concise documentation with internal systems for tracking inquiries\n\nSupport quarterly QMR business update to regional finance teams.\n\nKey contributor for developing and testing system enhancements/process improvements.\n\nAll About You\n\nSelf-starter and fast learner who thrives under tight timelines.\n\nIntellectually curious and driving issues to the root cause.\n\nAbility to organize and prioritize workload while handling multiple business tasks.\n\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail, with an ability to create and present persuasive analysis.\n\nFP&A experience is preferred.\n\nExperience with change management / delivering process change in an operational environment.
