If you have the qualifications listed below and are interested in this opportunity- apply with us today!\n\nResponsibilities:\nSchedule and coordinate outbound shipments.\nManage carrier pickups, appointments, and delivery schedules.\nCoordinate inventory movement between warehouses, manufacturers, and 3PL providers.\nCreate, process, and monitor transfer orders.\nUpload and maintain shipment and order information within EDI systems.\nCoordinate customer, distributor, and retailer orders.\nTrack freight from release through delivery.\nResolve shipment delays, shortages, damages, and delivery issues.\nPrepare and maintain Bills of Lading and shipping documentation.\nSupport inventory balancing efforts across multiple facilities.\nCoordinate product movement to Amazon, TikTok fulfillment channels, and ShipBob.\nReconcile inventory transactions between ERP, WMS, EDI, and physical inventory records.\nMaintain accurate shipment records and logistics reporting.\nCommunicate effectively with carriers, customers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives within Supply Chain and Operations.\nQualifications:\nExperience in logistics, transportation, distribution, order fulfillment, inventory control, or supply chain coordination.\nExperience scheduling LTL and FTL shipments.\nExperience managing freight providers and transportation activities.\nWorking knowledge of Bills of Lading and shipping documentation.\nNetSuite experience strongly preferred.\nERP, EDI, and WMS system experience required.\nStrong organizational and follow-up skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nStrong Microsoft Excel proficiency.\nExperience within consumable goods required.\nFood, beverage, supplements, grocery, or broader CPG experience highly preferred.\nJob Details:\nSchedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm\nEmployment Type: Direct Hire\nCompensation: $60,000-70,000 annually\nLocation: Prosper, TX 75078\nIf you meet the qualifications above and interested in this opportunity.
