This is a hands-on role for a versatile maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems, working with a variety of building systems, and tackling new challenges each day.\n\nThe ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable using hand and power tools, and has experience performing general facility maintenance across multiple trades. Electrical experience is required, and additional experience with HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building and property maintenance is highly valued.\n\nWorking alongside our Facilities team, you'll help ensure our buildings, grounds, and equipment remain safe, reliable, and operating efficiently. No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.\n\nPosition Requirements\n\nExperience performing general facilities maintenance in an industrial, manufacturing, commercial, or similar environment.\nMechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs on a variety of building systems and equipment.\nExperience using hand tools, power tools, and common maintenance equipment safely and effectively.\nWorking knowledge of one or more skilled trades, such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, or general building maintenance.\nAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow verbal and written instructions.\nAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods.\nAbility to frequently lift and carry materials weighing 50 pounds or more.\nStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive, team-oriented, and \"can-do\" attitude.\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation required.\nAbility to read and communicate in English required.\nU.S. Citizenship required.\n\nMainstream Engineering Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
