This is a full-time, in-office role in Martin County, Florida.\nYou already understand the Florida permitting and inspection lifecycle. Day to day, you'll manage plan review and inspection paperwork, work in municipal permitting portals, and coordinate with our licensed plan reviewers, inspectors, and builder clients to move projects from intake through closeout. You take ownership of process and detail, and you keep work moving without constant direction.\nWhat Good Work Looks Like Here\nWe operate on a simple standard: every project is moving, compliant, and audit-ready. Permits, plan reviews, and inspections always have a clear next step and date. Nothing drifts.\nClear judgment. You surface constraints, exercise discernment, and know when to escalate to licensed staff.\nProactive communication.
