A new and innovative small business specializing in pharmacogenomics consulting services, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media and Outreach Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, content creation, and outreach, with a particular focus on building relationships with doctor’s offices and Directors of Nursing. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence. Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics. Content Creation: Create compelling and informative content, including graphics, videos, articles, and posts, to promote our pharmacogenomics consulting services. Ensure all content is aligned with our brand and marketing goals. Outreach and Networking: Reach out to doctor’s offices, Directors of Nursing, and other healthcare professionals to introduce our pharmacogenomics consulting services. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services, including email marketing, social media ads, and other digital marketing strategies. Communication: Effectively communicate the benefits and value of our services to potential clients and partners. Prepare presentations and materials for meetings with healthcare professionals. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement outreach strategies. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and outreach. Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media and outreach efforts. Provide regular reports and insights to the management team. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and outreach, particularly in the healthcare or related industries. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. Technology Proficiency: Proficiency with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and office software, including the Microsoft Office Suite. Initiative: Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
