And whoever we’re with, whatever we’re doing, we always make it real.\n\nPosition Summary\n\nReporting to Warehouse Supervisor, the Materials Coordinator will work in conjunction with the Warehouse Coordinator to ensure all production requests are fulfilled timely and accurately. The Material Coordinator works closely with the company drivers and order pullers to prioritize and coordinate the transfers of material from the storage warehouses. In addition, the Materials Coordinator will need to interact and communicate on a regular basis with various departments and the other building department leads.\n\nThe ideal candidate will maintain a high level of productivity by ensuring the warehouse team safely and efficiently meets production requests while overseeing adherence to company processes and procedures. Will need to have a good sense of urgency and needs to be self-motivated.\n\nPosition Responsibilities\n\nMaintain real-time communications with other department leaders ensuring productive operations in Warehouse, Maintenance and Facilities.\nEnsure applicable warehouse processes are followed.\nOversee the transportation of raw materials/packages between warehouses.\nEnsure all company policies and procedures are followed.\nReview the production schedule constantly and prioritize transfers based on the production schedule demand.\nAnalyze inventory on-hand and shortages.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nPosition Requirements\n\nHigh school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate.\nOne (1) year previous warehouse experience required.\nAbility to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written, is required.\nAbility to work flexible schedules, overtime and weekends is required.\nRequired to wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.\nIndividual should be self-motivated and possess high attention to detail.\nSkilled in the use of MS Word/Excel at an intermediate level\nSkilled in organizing, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines while working on numerous ongoing projects and competing priorities simultaneously.\nStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively.\n\nThe pay for this role in the state of CA ranges from $21.00 - $28.00 per hour and is based on the position responsibilities and geographic location. Actual pay within this range may be determined based on candidate’s experience, qualifications and/or other determining factors.\n\nNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
