You’ll also provide leadership/mentorship to more junior analysts.\n\nIn this role, you will:\n\nReview current operational processes to find gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities\nGather requirements by interviewing stakeholders and partnering with operations teams\nDefine and track performance measures (KPIs), benchmarking, and operational models\nBuild cost/benefit analyses and business cases to support recommendations\nSupport continuous improvement efforts with ongoing measurement, analysis, and reporting\nDocument and update policies/procedures and operational guidelines\nCreate clear analysis summaries and reports for both technical and non-technical audiences\nLead projects and keep operational leadership informed; mentor lower-level analysts\nWhat we’re looking for (must-haves)\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or related) and:\n4+ years progressive experience as a Functional Analyst, OR\n6+ years experience in a level 2+ operational role\nIf you don’t have a Bachelor’s degree: you’ll need an additional 4 years of relevant experience on top of the experience requirement above.\nHands-on knowledge of 834 file layout\nFacets is a must-have\nStrong skills in data analysis/testing\nAdvanced Excel (you should be very comfortable working with large data sets)\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
