TheProduction Assemblershould produce the highest quality products with minimum problems/returns from testers. Must be committed and driven to the established vision, mission, and culture value points of Renaissance. Must maintain a high level of quality products through teamwork. Must document all jobs performed in accordance with AS9100 standards.\r\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\r\nAssemble various products / follow assembly procedures, resulting in less than 1% of reworks/returns through testing process\r\nMaintain high quality soldering standards\r\nMeet established labor standards\r\nVisually inspect parts during assembly\r\nNotify supervisor of defective parts or assembly issues\r\nTrain new hires, as needed\r\nVerify parts are correct in the build\r\nAssist time study for new builds, as needed\r\nRecommend improvement and implement changes in assembly procedures\r\nReview daily the tasks for the assigned projects\r\nSand circuits for assembly, as needed\r\nOther duties as needed\r\nSpecial Skills/Competencies:\r\nThe ability to embrace and support REC/HXI, LLCs core cultural values Commitment, Communication, Balance, Responsibility, Consistency, Fun, Teamwork, Education, Integrity, Excellence, Ownership, Health and Community\r\nTechnical skills in the area of soldering\r\nExcellent attention to detail and hand/eye coordination\r\nBenefits of working with our team:\r\nThis role is full-time, non-exempt\r\nBased in Harvard MA, this is an onsite role\r\nWe offer competitive pay based on knowledge, skills, and relevant experience\r\nBenefits for eligible employees include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K with company match\r\nOrganizational Overview\r\nAEM, headquartered in San Diego, California, is a portfolio company of Industrial Growth Partners (IGP), a private equity firm focused exclusively on middle-market industrial manufacturing and niche services businesses.
