The Manager will work closely with clients and project teams to ensure high-quality delivery, while providing guidance and mentorship to consultants.\n\nOracle Cloud SCM Responsibilities\nManage Oracle Cloud SCM implementation workstreams across P2P, Inventory Management, Order Management, and related SCM processes\nOwn end-to-end process design and solution delivery across procurement, sourcing, inventory, fulfillment, and order management\nLead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment aligned with Oracle leading practices\nManage delivery of scalable solutions for complex, high-volume supply chain environments\nServe as a primary functional point of contact for client stakeholders across Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT\nFacilitate client workshops and lead functional discussions with business and technical stakeholders\nManage project deliverables, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution within assigned workstreams\nReview and ensure the quality of functional designs, process flows, configuration documentation, testing materials, and other implementation deliverables\nSupport full lifecycle implementations from design through build, testing, deployment, and stabilization\nIdentify opportunities to optimize business processes and leverage Oracle Cloud capabilities\nProvide coaching and mentorship to consultants and other project team members\nCollaborate with project leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across SCM and related Oracle Cloud modules\nSupport client relationship management and contribute to identifying opportunities for additional client value\nOracle Cloud SCM Requirements\n4–10 years of experience in Oracle SCM, supply chain transformation, procurement, or related consulting\nStrong expertise in Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P)\nExperience with one or more additional Oracle Cloud SCM modules, including:\nInventory Management\nOrder Management\nSourcing\nPurchasing\nProcurement\nStrong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and integration across SCM modules\nExperience supporting at least two full lifecycle Oracle Cloud or comparable ERP implementations\nDemonstrated experience managing functional workstreams and/or project delivery\nExperience working directly with business and technical stakeholders in complex enterprise environments\nPrior consulting and client-facing delivery experience preferred\nExperience mentoring or providing guidance to consultants preferred\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to manage competing priorities, resolve issues, and drive workstreams to successful completion\n\nWork Location: Flexible, subject to Company approval.
