The Machine Operator isprimary responsible for ensuring the ROSA Strips are handled properlywithout damaging and cut correctly. The pay range for this position is\\$17.95 to \\$24.00 per hour. Compensation will be determined based onEducation, Experience, And Other Factors In Accordance With Applicablelaws. Essential Functions This person will possess ability tocommunicate effectively both verbally and written. This person willpossess strong interpersonal skills, be dependable, and comply with allCharm Sciences, Inc. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Operate andobserve machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of productto standards. Record and quantify all product cut. Maintain properdocumentation, organize and file all working documents, maintain properlabelling of product. Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) for theguillotine cutter and automatic hotel plate loader. Report all machineissues and out of specification product(s) to Supervisors. Maintain asafe clean work environment at all times. Analyze working conditionsbefore start of production and store end of day product in cold room ordesiccant cabinet for the next day start of production. Operatecontroller program for robots and hotel plate stations. Nothing in thisjob description restricts managements right to assign or reassign dutiesand responsibilities to this job at any time. Knowledge, Skills &Abilities Required: Skilled with computer and familiarity with MicrosoftWindows. Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills. Preferred1-2 years experience in a manufacturing environment as machine operator.GMP/GLP Experience. Bilingual Preferred (English & Spanish). PhysicalRequirements Able to work under the pressure of tight deadlines. Abilityto stand, walk, sit for extended period of time, use hands to touch andhandle objects on a routine basis, use various tools or controls, reachwith hands and arms. Able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently. The personin this position operates machines and production equipment. This personwill work in a dry room with loud production equipment.
