This position contributes to the achievement of Association goals by promoting the YMCA mission, values, and strategic priorities while providing high-quality service to members, participants, staff, and the community.\n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nThe essential functions listed below are representative of the duties and responsibilities performed by this position and are not intended to be an exhaustive list.\n\nCore Responsibilities\n\nPerform duties in alignment with YMCA mission, policies, procedures, and operational standards.\n\nDeliver high-quality customer/member service to participants, families, staff, volunteers, and community partners.\n\nSupport departmental and Association goals through effective communication, teamwork, and accountability.\n\nMaintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as required.\n\nParticipate in staff meetings, trainings, and required professional development activities.\n\nMaintain confidentiality of sensitive information.\n\nSupport risk management and safety procedures.\n\nDemonstrate flexibility and willingness to support operational needs.\n\nPerform all other duties as assigned.\n\nPosition-Specific Responsibilities\n\nLead all aspects of the program experience, ensuring a welcoming, inclusive, and service-driven environment for all members.\n\nConduct ongoing assessments of program outcomes, satisfaction, and participation trends.\n\nSupport fundraising efforts including the annual campaign, donor relations, and special events to support branch’s programs and services.\n\nAll other duties as assigned by management.\n\nYMCA LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES\nMission Advancement\nDemonstrates and models the YMCA's values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
