The roles both require up to 50% travel to client sites.\n\nYour Day-to-Day:\n\nBuild strong relationships with external stakeholders (Executive, Business and IT teams of clients) and internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Operations, Consulting, Management) to be in control of desired business outcomes\n\nAchieve strategic trusted-adviser level relationships with clients to create a win-win solution for clients and HighRadius, balancing interests to drive value and ROI for all\n\nUnderstand the details of business processes and solutions related to order to cash to have effective conversation with external clients and provide guidance to internal teams\n\nManage internal project delivery team for timely completion of project, including activities such as developing project plans, estimations, defining scope, change management, negotiations, etc.\n\nBuild rapport as a true business partner by leveraging assertiveness and emotional intelligence to work positively with peers and executives to complete client needs\n\nManage client expectations, risks and project issues.
