Depending on experience level and audition results, our commission range is: 33% - 45%  Additional earnings include tips, retail commission program, and bonuses Luxury-level service pricing. Our luxury brand experience offers higher pricing, which results in higher earnings for our team:- Haircuts range in price from $50 - $120+ and Base Color services range from $80 - $131+.
