As a Payroll Client Advisor you will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager. Activities include explaining our value proposition to clients via Atlas CRM, upselling current clients on other Heartland products and services, and maintaining regular communication with the Payroll Territory (PTM) and/or Payroll Division Manager (PDM).\n\nYour role as a Payroll Client Advisor is to close sales of our business solutions with merchants throughout the area. You will work closely with your local PDM or PTM to set appointments with business owners in person or face to face via your network and referral partnerships that you build. You will then run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Auris solutions to close sales in small to mid-sized businesses.\n\nDuring the training period, your PDM or PTM will accompany you on your initial appointments to train you on our short-cycle sales process using our tablet based CRM platform, Atlas, used for lead generation, sales presentations, on the spot client financial analysis and paperless contract processing. After training you will have the opportunity to set your own work schedule to maximize the upside of 100% commission and the residuals on the business you bring in.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nResponsible for prospecting new clients\nMaintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; currently Atlas.\nResponsible for achieving minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments, to secure a WIN\nContinuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remain up-to-date.\nAttend weekly team meeting and weekly one-on-one with leader\nAdditional responsibilities may be assigned as needed\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\n18 years of age or older\nValid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance\nSuccessful completion of pre-employment background check\nMust live in area relative to job posting location\nAt least two years of relevant experience\nExcellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills\nWorks well independently and as part of a team\nIncentive-driven sales “hunter”\nProfessional demeanor and impeccable integrity\nHigh sense of urgency and innate sales talent\nEnjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face\nAccountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results\nAbility to be in the field, a minimum of 50% of the time\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nHigh school diploma/GED\nPrior experience in a B2B Sales role\nPrior experience with a CRM tool, such as Salesforce or Hubspot\n\nCompetencies\n\nAwareness\nDriven\nResilient\nRespectful\nCommittedness\n\nCompensation (pay transparency) and Benefits\n\nIt's W2!
