If the pallet/cases are excessively damaged or leaking, place it in the designated area for QC inspection, place a sign on the pallet, and notify your Supervisor.\nUnload a trailer and ensure all product listed matches what is on the provided paperwork, verify the B.O.L.\nPut away unloaded product in the appropriate designated areas.\nSign in & Sign out drivers, recording all pertinent information on the sign in/out sheet, shipment pick list, and AX appointment scheduler.\nCheck out a driver in AX and ensure the driver has the correct and appropriate paperwork, with a seal, before leaving the yard.\nReceive materials systematically in AX.\nAbility to manage the warehouse office along with truck loading responsibilities independently for as long as necessary.\nAbility to complete individually assigned responsibilities independently and as a team.\nProficient with the emergency communication protocols.\nResponsible of training and guiding new team members in ALL aspects of the responsibilities and duties of the department.\nProficient with AX functions and uses for shipping and receiving.\nProvide reporting of various daily operations.\nProvide coverage for the Manager during PTO.\nCan provide production materials support when the receiver is not present.
